Aegean Whites
Our whites are shaped by the volcanic soils of Santorini and the old-vine Savatiano of Attica. Crisp, mineral-driven, and built to age — wines that carry the sea in their finish.
ASSYRTIKO SANTORINI
A crisp, mineral-driven white with notes of citrus and sea salt. The volcanic terroir of Santorini shines through in every sip — volcanic ash soil, basket-trained vines, and the island wind that concentrates the fruit.
SAVATIANO ATTICA
Aromatic and complex, this Savatiano comes from low-yield old vines in the sun-baked hills of Attica. A balanced palate of ripe pear, honeydew melon, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs.

Heritage Reds
Greece's two great indigenous reds, at their most expressive. The Agiorgitiko from Nemea and the Xinomavro from Naoussa — both age-worthy, both entirely honest.
AGIORGITIKO NEMEA
Rich and velvety, our Agiorgitiko from Nemea boasts deep flavours of red cherry, plum, and a touch of sweet spice. Aged 18 months in French oak for a polished, layered finish.
XINOMAVRO NAOUSSA
A commanding expression of Greece's finest red grape, grown in the mountainous vineyards of Naoussa at 350 metres altitude. Firm tannins, earthy depth, and a long finish that opens beautifully after a decade in the bottle.

Moschofilero from the high-altitude Mantinia plateau — one of the world's most aromatic rosés, harvested by hand before dawn to preserve every note of rose petal and strawberry.
ROSÉ MOSCHOFILERO
An elegant and vibrant rosé from the high-altitude Mantinia plateau. The Moschofilero grape — naturally low-yield and intensely perfumed — produces a wine with expressive aromas of rose petals, strawberry, and a refreshing, zesty finish.
